Accounting keeps track of your money: what came in, what went out, what you owe and what you
are saving for. It is an optional module — switch it on in Settings → Wellbeing → Extras.

## What you see

Tabs: **Overview** (net worth, accounts, the month at a glance), **Transactions**,
**Budgets**, **Subscriptions**, **Goals** (savings), **Debts**, **Salary** and **Analytics**.

## How to use it

1. Add your accounts (cash, cards — a few banks have ready-made presets) with their balances.
2. Record income and expenses under **Transactions**.
3. Set monthly **Budgets** per category and watch them fill.
4. Add recurring **Subscriptions**, **Debts** and savings **Goals** as they come.

## How it works

- **Net worth** = account balances + this month's income − expenses − what you still owe. The
Dashboard's *Balance* tile shows the same number.
- Transactions, budgets and savings goals are saved to your account. **Accounts, subscriptions,
debts and salary settings are kept on this device only** — they don't sync to another device
and can be lost if the browser's storage is cleared.
- There is no bank connection: everything is entered by you. A receipt photographed in Pantry
  can become an expense.
- OnePuls can read your finances and point you here, but it does not change anything in
  Accounting.

## What OnePuls can do here

- OnePuls knows the way here and can read it, but does not change anything.
