Ideas holds the things you might do, not the things you promised. An idea lands in **Inbox**
first; you decide where it goes. Nothing sorts it for you.

## What you see

- **The head** — a small line that says where you are (*Ideas · Inbox*, *All projects · 35 ideas*,
  *PulsOne · 21 ideas* — click it to go to another project), the title, the switch (**Inbox N ·
  All ideas**, or in a project **Path · Tree · List**) and **Come up with OnePuls** — a fresh
  chat «Idea» (in a project — «Idea · PulsOne») that writes nothing for you; and **Find an
  idea** — by its words, its essence or its pieces, across every project. The page opens on
  Inbox; the address keeps the place.
- **Inbox** — a line to write an idea (Enter), the ideas waiting for you (newest first, where each
  came from and how old it is); hover a row: **To project ▾ · New project · Keep as an idea · Not
  needed** and **Where does it go?** — OnePuls offers its place (project · step · branch, and
  why). Next to Enter, **Place it** writes the idea and asks the same; Enter alone stays without
  AI. On the right: *Where these ideas come from*. While you type, **Looks like «…»** shows
  when the new idea reads like one you have: **Merge** keeps your words as a piece of that idea,
  **Separate** adds it. An idea OnePuls was not sure where to put shows its places: *OnePuls: 03
  Uploaded* — **There · Another place · Later**.
- **All ideas** — a card per project: its path drawn small (a hollow dot is a step with no idea
  yet), or its branches of ideas when it has no path, and the facts under it (*18 ideas · step 3 empty ·
  ripe: 2 · 3 aside*). **Project from an idea** turns an idea with no project into a project.
  Below: ideas with no project. On the right: **Empty steps** (with **Come up** — 3–5 ideas from
  OnePuls right in the card, each with **Add**, and *Discuss in chat*) and **Ripe**.
- **A project — Path** — the steps in order, each with its icon, number, how far its ideas have
  come (○ spark, ◐ steeping, ● ripe) and how many it holds — a number, never a verdict. Click a
  step to open its smaller steps and the ideas on them. An idea's branch and its step are two
  separate places: a branch is not tied to a step. **Edit path** brings the tools: step here,
  smaller step, rename, icon, up / down, delete. **Goal plan ↗** opens the plan note of the
  project's goal. Under the steps: **No step**. A step with no idea has **Come up** (OnePuls's
  ideas for it, in place). A project with no path has **Draft the path**: OnePuls drafts the
  steps from what the project holds, lays its ideas on them, and adds *from the stock* (ideas with
  no project that fit) and *how you decided before* (decisions from your other projects) —
  **Take the path · Fix it** (rename or drop steps first) · *No path — a tree* (a draft of branches).
- **A project — Tree** — drawn **sideways** (as the mockup) or **down** (an org chart: one line
  from the project to a bar, down to each branch) — **→ sideways · ↓ down**, remembered; every line
  runs from a card to a card. The project, its **branches of ideas** (themes you name — *Design ›
  Animation*, *Marketing* — any depth) and the newest idea in each, *+N* for the rest; the project's
  ideas in no branch hang on the project itself. **+ Branch**; click a branch for *Branch inside ·
  Rename · Delete · Come up*; zoom; **Open in Atlas** (the project's board, or one drawn from the
  project). With no branches yet: **Draft the branches**.
- **A project — List** — **All · Ripe · Steeping · Sparks · In work** with counts, ideas grouped by
  where they are in life, each with its step number, branch and age; *by step* or *newest first*;
  the footer folds *In work* and *Outcome · let go N*.
- On the right of a project: **Ripe** (*All* opens the list on Ripe) and **Aside** — ideas taken off
  the path on purpose.
- **An idea opens in a side panel** over whatever is on screen: the title, **where it is** in one
  line (*PulsOne › 06 Focus · materials · branch Code / Focus*) with **on the path** / **in the
  tree** — the view opens there with the idea lit up — the stage, its step, its
  branch (**+ New branch…** right there) and its project, its **Pieces** (thoughts that kept
  coming back to it — from a focus session, a voice note, the chat or a merge — *3 this week*) and
  **Ripening: …** when they add up (with **Ripe** — one tap, yours), **On the path?** (**Check
  against the path**: *on the path — 05 Focus, because …* with **Put it there**, or *off the path —
  …* with what would bring it on and **Set aside**), *Near on the path*, and **What next**:
  **Into work · project**, **Open the desk**, **Let it steep** (a week, a month). The ⋯ menu: discuss in chat, set
  aside / back on the path, let go.
- **An idea's desk** (`/ideas/:id`) — open it from a path chip, a card's title in All ideas, an
  Inbox row or the project's Ideas. The head: project · step, the title (edit in place), **Back to
  path**, **Into work**. On the side, the stage: *Caught → Steeping → Ripe → Outcome* (click to
  move), and the idea's **Pieces**. Then the blocks:
  - **Essence** — what the idea is, three pickers (its step, its branch, its project) and **On the
    path?**;
  - **Debate** — OnePuls asks one question at a time until it is clear (two for a simple idea, up
    to ten); each answer is marked *held* or *unclear → to the Check* (a tap makes it the check's
    riskiest part); then **OnePuls's conclusion** with **Discuss in chat** (the essence, the
    answers, the findings, the check and the pieces go along) and **Ask one more**;
  - **Research** — a web search on who already does it, what nobody does and whether people want
    it: a conclusion, then *Already doing · What is missing · Demand*, each finding with its link,
    and three next searches to **Dig**;
  - **Check** — *Riskiest part · Cheap check · I drop it if*, a due date and a counter (*2 of 5*,
    click the circles); **Confirmed / Not confirmed** with a one-line result. Decided checks stay
    listed under the next one. An idea with no project is asked to get one first;
  - **Outcome** — **Into work** (a task in the project, linked back: *In work: task →*), **Put
    away** (a week, a month, or until a date — back on its own), **Let go** (with a reason if you
    like; the toast has Undo).

## How to use it

1. Write an idea in Inbox and press Enter. It costs nothing: no AI reads it.
2. Hover it and pick what happens:
   - **To project** — choose a project (projects only: a project's sub-projects are how the
     work is run, and stay in Projects);
   - **New project** — a project named after the idea, with the idea in it;
   - **Keep as an idea** — it stays an idea with no project, out of Inbox;
   - **Not needed** — let it go.
3. Changed your mind? The toast after each step has **Undo**.
4. Click an idea anywhere to open its panel; move it along the stage there (or on its desk):
   **Caught → Steeping → Ripe → Outcome**.
5. On a path: **Edit path**, then **+ Step** (or hover between two steps → **step here**), **⋯** on
   a step for *Rename · Icon · Smaller step · Up · Down · Delete*. Drag an idea onto a step, or
   pick its step in the panel. **+** on a step (hover) writes an idea straight there. Deleting a step that holds
   ideas or smaller steps asks first; its ideas go to *No step*, its smaller steps become steps.
   A project put away «на потом» shows its path under the same veil as its own tab.
6. In the Tree: **+ Branch**, or click a branch → *Branch inside · Rename · Delete*. Deleting a
   branch that holds something asks first; its ideas and its own branches move up one level.

## How it works

- **OnePuls only by the button.** Drafting a path or branches, coming up with ideas, the check
  against the path, Debate and Research each run when you press it, and nothing is written
  before you take it. Only the archivist works by itself — it files what you captured. It never
  changes an idea's stage: *Ripening* is a suggestion, *Ripe* is your tap.
- **Pieces.** When a thought you capture is about an idea you already have, the archivist keeps
  it with that idea instead of making a new one. A new idea goes on its step when one clearly
  fits; not sure which step → Inbox with the places it thinks of. A session's summary shows
  **To ideas**: each idea-thought, where it went (*Piece «…» → ripening*, *New idea «…» → 06
  Focus*) and **not that** — a piece becomes a plain idea, a new idea goes to Inbox.
- **Research keeps nothing without its link.** *What is missing* is the conclusion drawn from
  the findings and says so.
- **Looks like …** is found on your device by shared words — no AI, nothing spent.
- **The chat «Idea»** — every «talk to OnePuls» button in Ideas opens a fresh chat with the
  context chosen and, from an idea, the idea attached (its desk goes with it); the field is
  empty — you write first (owner, 21.10). The same context can be picked in the chat itself.
- **The step and branch pickers** start with **OnePuls suggests** — the best place in the
  project comes as a toast with **Put it there**.

- **What lands in Inbox.** What you write there, and ideas the archivist could not place.
  The archivist routes every captured thought across your projects. Sure → it files the idea in
  the project's Ideas. Not sure between projects → the project's own Inbox with 2–3 options.
  About no project at all → after the ten-minute correction window it becomes an idea in Ideas ›
  Inbox, and leaves the Projects page's Inbox chip. Questions and notes about no project stay
  thoughts, as before.
- **Ideas you already had** without a project are not moved into Inbox: only new ones are
  flagged for it.
- **Not needed** lets the idea go — it is hidden everywhere (projects, maps, briefs, the chat and
  OnePuls's reads), not deleted.
- **Inbox means no project yet.** An idea that gets a project any other way — the island's
  «Куда», the edit form — leaves Inbox on its own.
- **New project** writes the project first and then the idea that points at it.
- **The path is the project's idea groups.** No separate table: the groups already had an order
  — the order you mean to go in. A group is a step; a group under it is a smaller step. Two
  levels, no more.
- **Branches of ideas are not sub-projects** (owner, 19.10). A sub-project is how the work is run
  and lives in Projects; a branch of ideas is a theme of what the product is made of and lives only
  in Ideas — making one creates nothing in Projects. An idea has three places: its project, its
  branch and its step; the branch and the step are independent.
- **The project's «Идеи» tab** shows the same Path · Tree · List as here, with one side panel and
  no right column; a sub-project's tab has no Tree (branches of ideas belong to the top project),
  and «Без проекта» lists its ideas plainly. The choice is remembered on this device.
- **Aside** is the person's move only (the panel's ⋯, the step picker, or dragging a chip onto
  *Aside* under the path on the project's tab). An idea put back on a step leaves Aside.
- OnePuls can create and edit ideas when you ask. An idea it creates with no project waits in
  Inbox; placing it, keeping it or letting it go takes it out.

## What OnePuls can do here

- ideas (idea.create, idea.update, idea.to_work, idea.delete)
- groups of ideas (idea_group.create, idea_group.update, idea_group.delete)
- branches of ideas (themes, not sub-projects) (idea_branch.create, idea_branch.update, idea_branch.delete)
- pieces of ideas (the user's thoughts kept with an idea) (idea_piece.add, idea_piece.delete)
