# Mood

Route: /mood · Status: stable · Checked against code: 2026-10-13 c31da22

Mood is the quickest check-in in PulsOne: how do you feel, from 1 to 10, and a line about why.
It is part of **Wellbeing**, which you switch on in Settings together with Sleep.

## What you see

- **The check-in** — a 1–10 scale from *bad* to *great* and a note.
- **The chart** — your mood over the last 7 or 30 days, with the average.
- **History** — every check-in, which you can edit or delete.

## How to use it

1. Pick a number, add a note if you like, **Save mood**.
2. Glance at the chart now and then to see where the trend goes.

## How it works

- You can check in more than once a day; each check-in is kept.
- OnePuls reads your mood when it reviews your day, but it does not record mood for you.
- With Wellbeing on, mood and sleep together feed the *Day efficiency* preview in Settings.
The "ease the day" nudge built on it is marked *Soon* and is not working yet.
- Check-ins can also show on the Calendar when its *Day log* layer is on.

## What OnePuls can do here

- OnePuls knows the way here and can read it, but does not change anything.
