# What PulsOne is

Status: stable · Checked against code: 2026-10-13 c31da22

PulsOne is a place for everything on your mind and a calm way through it. You dump what is in
your head — by text or voice — and **OnePuls**, the AI that lives inside the app, sorts it into
projects, tasks and ideas. Then you take one task into Focus and work on it, while stray
thoughts land in the right project instead of pulling you away. OnePuls remembers
you and your projects, so you never re-explain yourself the way you do in a fresh chat.

## What is in it

- **The core** — always on: Dashboard, Tasks & Projects (with Focus), OnePuls, Calendar,
Goals, Notes, Ideas, Habits, Pomodoro, Atlas and Settings.
- **Modules you switch on** in Settings: Wellbeing (Sleep + Mood, together) and the extras
  Accounting and Pantry.
- **One product.** There is no marketplace and no third-party plugins.

PulsOne runs on the web (installable as an app), as a Windows desktop app, and inside Telegram
— the same account and the same data everywhere. In Telegram you can also simply write to
OnePuls in a chat. You can connect your own AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to read your PulsOne
data. There is a Free plan and paid plans.

## Your first 10 minutes

1. **Meet (about 2 minutes).** After sign-up a short introduction shows the loop: *dump it
all → OnePuls sorts it → one task in focus → evening review*. Pick your language.
2. **Tell about yourself — like to a friend.** Type or speak: who you are, what you are busy
with, what matters now. Or bring what ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini already know about you.
3. **"Here's what I understood. Right?"** OnePuls shows what it heard — facts about you, the
projects it noticed, how you like to be talked to. Fix or remove any line. Nothing is
saved until you press yes; then the facts go to *About me* and the ticked projects are
created. (You can also skip the whole introduction.)
4. **Clear your head.** The last screen opens a silent OnePuls chat. Say everything on your
mind, then press **Sort it out**. OnePuls sorts it, checks it understood you, asks a couple
of questions, and offers a plan you tick and assemble in one go.
5. **Take one task into Focus.** Open Tasks → Focus, take the first step of the plan, start a
session. When a thought about something else comes up, drop it into the card and carry on
   — it will find its project.
6. **In the evening**, press **Day recap** in OnePuls: what got done, what moved, and where
tomorrow starts. If you dropped thoughts into the day's *Thought draft*, the recap runs by
itself the first time you open OnePuls after 21:00.

## Where to go next

- **Core ideas** — how projects, the archivist, Razbor, the day and OnePuls fit together.
- **Tasks & Projects** and **OnePuls** — the two screens you will use most.
