Settings is where you shape PulsOne around yourself: who you are, how it looks, where OnePuls can reach you, which extra modules are on, how your day is laid out, and your plan.
What you see
Settings opens inside the app, like any other page: the PulsOne sidebar stays on the left
(its Settings item or the profile card opens this page, any other item takes you back). On the page,
four sections sit in a column next to the content — a row of tabs above it in a narrow
window. Each section has its own link, e.g. /settings#billing (the sidebar's
Subscription item opens that one):
- Account — profile; language, country, currency and theme; e-mail, password and sign-in; Connections (Telegram, your own AI over MCP — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor); your plan at a glance; sign out and Delete account and all data.
- Wellbeing — one switch for sleep + mood tracking with a Day efficiency preview, the Daily routine (wake-up and bedtime, lunch, your energy peak, fixed weekly commitments like work or the gym), and Extras — modules you turn on one by one (Accounting, Pantry).
- Session feed (desktop app on Windows only) — record the feed in Focus, who writes the summary (the cloud; this computer comes later), how long the steps stay on this computer, programs and sites never recorded (password managers always), and what the computer holds — with Erase all.
- Billing — current plan, AI limits for the month, usage credits (top-up), plans, payment method and history.
- About — version and updates (in the desktop app), the global hotkey for the OnePuls island (desktop), a download link for the Windows app, What's new, and a link to PulsOne Docs.
How to use it
- Change language or theme in Account — it applies at once.
- Link Telegram to talk to OnePuls there and get reminders.
- Connect your own AI under Connections: copy the address, paste it into your AI client, allow access. Disconnect removes it.
- Fill in Daily routine so OnePuls never plans tasks into your sleep or work time.
- Turn on a module under Wellbeing or Extras; it appears in the sidebar.
How it worksfor the curious
- Saved to your account, not to the device — the same settings on the web, the desktop app and Telegram. (Only the interface language is also remembered on the device.)
- Modules. The core screens are always on. Wellbeing turns sleep and mood on together — the day-efficiency number needs both. Extras switch on independently. A module that is off disappears from the sidebar, from the Dashboard's numbers, and OnePuls offers to switch it on instead of sending you there. The "ease the day" nudge is marked Soon — it is not working yet.
- Daily routine works whether Wellbeing is on or off. Fixed commitments show on the Calendar grid; change them here, not in the Calendar.
- Connections to your own AI read your PulsOne data; writing back can be switched on per client on paid plans.
- Limits. The month's AI allowance is shown here and in the OnePuls composer. When the strong model's share runs out, the everyday voice answers those turns; usage credits bring the full mode back. Payments go through Polar.
- The session feed's settings are yours alone: OnePuls cannot switch recording on or off.
- OnePuls never touches billing, your plan and top-ups, sign-in, e-mail, password, the Telegram link, or resetting onboarding — it tells you where to do it yourself.
