Accounting

Stable/accountingModule · switch on in SettingsChecked against code 2026-10-13 c31da22

Accounting keeps track of your money: what came in, what went out, what you owe and what you are saving for. It is an optional module — switch it on in Settings → Wellbeing → Extras.

What you see

Tabs: Overview (net worth, accounts, the month at a glance), Transactions, Budgets, Subscriptions, Goals (savings), Debts, Salary and Analytics.

How to use it

  1. Add your accounts (cash, cards — a few banks have ready-made presets) with their balances.
  2. Record income and expenses under Transactions.
  3. Set monthly Budgets per category and watch them fill.
  4. Add recurring Subscriptions, Debts and savings Goals as they come.
How it worksfor the curious
  • Net worth = account balances + this month's income − expenses − what you still owe. The Dashboard's Balance tile shows the same number.
  • Transactions, budgets and savings goals are saved to your account. Accounts, subscriptions, debts and salary settings are kept on this device only — they don't sync to another device and can be lost if the browser's storage is cleared.
  • There is no bank connection: everything is entered by you. A receipt photographed in Pantry can become an expense.
  • OnePuls can read your finances and point you here, but it does not change anything in Accounting.
What OnePuls can do herefrom the code

OnePuls knows the way here and can read it, but does not change anything.
